Amber, I had a blast on my recent cruise with Carnival. Me and my Patrick got off the ship to explore St. Maarten and met with a local who had us hold live sea urchins. We also watched the plans land which was fascinating. I can't wait to go on my next cruise, were thinking Alaska. We will be calling in after the holidays. I just returned from my stay at the Washington Plaza Hotel. It was in a good location for my business trip. And just like Melanie mentioned, it was close enough for me to walk to the National Mall and see some of the monuments in-between meetings. Not only did I get a great price on a last minute cruise, but you were also able to set me up with an outstanding excursion- swimming with the sea turtles! Captain Mike was absolutely hilarious and the atmosphere was just what I was looking for. Thanks for the hint of visiting the penguins first, because you were right, the wait was over 2 hours later in the day! We were able to get through all of SeaWorld on Friday and then spent all of Sunday at Animal Kingdom. The kids LOVED the Mount Everest ride, even my youngest. Haley truly is going to be a daredevil like me haha.

Hi Marisa, I just wanted to thank you for helping us plan our NYC vacation. This was our first time to the city and your helpful hints about how to explore the city really helped me and John out. The Renaissance hotel you recommended in times square was worth every penny. It was in the heart of the times square and made it easy for us to explore during the day. Also, the restaurants you recommended were delicious. NYC was a little expensive as you mentioned prior to us going but I think it was worth the experience we had. I have included a picture from the restaurant in the hotel. We really enjoyed having a cocktail and people watching. My favorite part of the trip was probably the horse and carriage ride around central park. It was everything I imagined (besides the smell) haha. Colorado was everything I expected plus more. The views were beautiful and the people were friendly. I loved the winter park resort that elite recommended. The resort had live music playing one of the nights we were there and I really enjoyed that. I was a little hesitant to try the alpine slide but after watching a few children do it I figured I would give it a try, it was a blast. I look forward to having elite help me and my family plan a trip next year. I think we will make Colorado a yearly thing.

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress was a fantastic property for us

Sabrina-The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress was a fantastic property for us. Even though I decided to plan this romantic getaway last minute, you came through tremendously. My fiancé and I LOVED the cave-type pool with waterfall, as well as the complimentary hydro bike and paddleboat rentals. Those were so much fun! Breakfast was a little pricey at the restaurant there, but we were right in the busy part of Orlando so we had quite a few other dining options. I hope these pictures do the resort justice. BTW, the resort fee, while a little high, was worth all that it included. Pass on my regards to your supervisor for me!

After our recent trip to North Carolina, I am pleased to say that all of your recommendations worked out well for our family. Our favorite by far was Looking Glass Falls. Just like you said, it was a short walk from the parking lot, down some stairs, and then there was the view! My two kids loved playing in the FREEZING cold water, while my husband and I sat and laughed. What a great memory. Thanks again for the advice, we look forward to traveling to NC next year again! I was concerned, but didn't need to be as everything went smoothly!

My daughter & I traveled to Dublin, London & Paris. Having never been out of the country before, coupled with this trip having multiple stops requiring detailed planning, I was concerned; but didn't need to be as everything went smoothly! Even though we were only Dublin two days, our hotel was so centrally located we were able to walk to Trinity College; the Kilmainham Gaol, and the Guinness Factory. The second day we took a bus tour to the Cliffs of Moher. We flew from Dublin to London, where we took in more sights: Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the Globe Theatre - we did both the tour and saw a production of "Julius Caesar" - would highly recommend; the Tower of London; etc. We took the train from London to Paris, visited various tourist destinations, i.e., the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, etc. My only suggestion would be for anyone traveling to Paris that they look into pre-buying admission tickets as the lines can be rather long - comparable to Disney World. Hello Katie, We've just returned from our Caribbean cruise, and I have to tell you that it was fabulous! Your attention to the details made all of the logistics work well for us. Flights were on time, and your info on transfers was a big help. The best part of the vacation was, of course, the cruise and Princess did a fine job.... each and every day the crew made us feel as if we owned the ship! Thank you again.

I joined into this club on a whim, and am glad that I did. After one year of being married, Bob and I wanted to go somewhere romantic. I would recommend every couple, the experience is more than sensational, and affordable too. From finding a nice hotel to getting coupons for the best dining places, this club offered me great places to spend quality time with my husband and our dog. With this information, we were able to choose a hotel and dining place that turned out to be amazingly wonderful.

We took our trip to St. Maarten in November and stayed at the Sonesta Great Bay Resort in Philipsburg. It was a fabulous place. The employees of the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The activities were great. The view of the sea and pools were grand. The food was good.

What an adventure we had!

What an adventure we had! TWO whole months in Europe -all done with the help and advice of Member Travel Services. We started our trip with two week in Italy, with a Trafalgar tour group -the group quickly became our "family". I was able to experience my first train ride, when we left Rome ant went to Florence. Our tour guide taught us t he "tricks" about using the train system. We were sorry to leave our family, but were excited to venture on to England for five days of exploration on our time. VI learned the ins and outs of using the "tube" -very easy. After five days, we met up with our next Trafalgar tour-two weeks of exploring Britain, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. What a treat! Once again, we metsome wonderful people and became friends. We went to the Guinness distillery and even ate Haggis! We were sorry to see the tour end, b we were off to Paris! We spent another five days in Paris, on our own. MIS helped with our hotel reservations, and booked our tour to Versailles. The Eiffel Tower, the food, the pastries- it was all Paris should be. Then, it was off to a twenty-three day river cruise from the Black Sea to the Rhine-we saw SO many different countries, experiencing their unique cultures. We were even able to have a private concert in Vienna. What a wonderful experience that was! After the river cruise, we were able to spend one more day in Rome, proving that it really is true - if you toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain,you will return to Rome! Sadly, we had to return home, but we are already looking forward to more time in Europe. THANK YOU MEMBER TRAVEL SERVICES!!!

Member Travel Services, My recent "unforgettable" trip was to Palmdale, CA from Saugerties. NY. This may not have been a typical exciting trip, but it was 'UNFORGETTABLE' for me. I went west to visit my Aunt & Uncle and m two sisters I also had the opportunity to visit with nieces and nephews as well as first & second cousins. My trip was a 10 days trip, with two days of travel and eight day with family just before Thanksgiving. It has been several years since I had last been able to visit this port of my family. Although I would not want to live in the high desert of California, I do love the mountains and rocks and the cactus, which explains mu choice of a picture of my with a cactus. Have a great holiday season.

My wife and I would lace to thank you and Member Travel Services for a very nice and carefree travel experience

Hi Katie, I'd like to send an overview of our trip to the Grand Sirenis in Mexico this past October. Keep in mind that we consider ourselves vacationers, not tourists. First of all, this was our 12th trip to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico....we love the location and our 3rd stay at the Sirenis! The Sirenis is an ultra-modern, non-typical Mexican style resort that is clean and spacious. The rooms are very, very nice and roomy with all the amenities one would want (Jacuzzi, riving area room service, flat screen TV and a stocked mini bar. The Sirenis also has a full service spa, but we haven't used it. The Sirens is located about 3/4 of a mile from the main highway, directly on the water with beautifully landscaped grounds. They have a lazy river, 4 gorgeous pools and too many bars to mention. The food was great! Plenty to eat at all the buffets, specialty restaurants, beach cookouts and of course, the included room service always had something to hold you over, (pizza, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, wings, et). The activities were non-stop all day and the evening shows are as always, top notch. The beach is gorgeous and the snorkeling is really, really good, (we snorkeled every day and seen all kinds of tropical fish, rays, turtles and eels.) Since we know the area we used the local transportation, collectivos, 3 times to go visit friends up and down the coast, (real cheap, $3.00 each to go 30 miles in either direction). My wife and I would lace to thank you and Member Travel Services for a very nice and carefree travel experience. also, if you or anyone needs some pointers and/or advice on the Mayan area for a vacation, please don't hesitate to contact us. Hello Celine, we have made it back from our cruise. I want you to know that the cruise went great and we all enjoyed ourselves. The weather was great all week and we had fun. In spite of what happen in the beginning, everything turned out wonderful. Carnival ended up giving us more onboard credits than what they promise. Many years of experience with travel agents

I have been booking travel for many years in my working life and have had much experience working with travel agents. For the most part, they promise you the moon but do not deliver the moon. So when I first began working with Member Tavel Services I was surprised by, and pleased with, their level of service, comfort level and efficiency they provided.
They certainly are a cut above any corporate travel agents I have dealt with and I have dealt with many over the years. I have many other responsibilities aside from travel. Therefore, when it comes to travel I need to work with somebody who I can rely on to provide a level of service that enables me to balance my other duties and working with Member Travel Services does just that.

Just wanted you to know we had a great time, the Lawrence Welk Resort was nice—the girls did love the water slide—I about had a heart attack going down it-it was really F-A-S-T!! The Dixie Stampede was awesome, the girls already want to go back again! They loved Branson, we went on a Boat cruise and went shopping at Branson Landing. It was a great getaway and I really want to thank you for your help! W e checked in at 1015 pm, we made really good time getting there, we left the girls house at 3pm. There were no worries about checking in late, their front desk is staffed 24/7. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone, the breakfast buffet is really good and all 4 of us ate for $30. That includes your drinks, the variety was amazing, 2 different kinds of scrambled eggs for starters, plus everything to go with them you could imagine.

Orlando Success

Just wanted to write and let you know our Nickelodeon vacation ended up turning out great!! Once my 3 year old saw her Dora room she just loved it so much...and my 5 year old had a blast at the water park and the SpongeBob breakfast. As a matter of fact, my wife ended up being the biggest kid of all...she went to all six 4D movies and drug us with her. This turned out to be the best family vacation!!

In fact...my wife is already wanting to plan a Disney Cruise for next year. No work for you guys right now, but your will be hearing from us later in the year...but in the next few weeks we will probably be booking our anniversary vacation through you...so stay tuned.

Wonderful Trip

At long last, finalized our "after we retire" trip to Alaska. And since we were traveling north and west, we decided to also tour the "always wanted to see" Canadian Rockies. What an amazing trip! Booking a two week Princess "Off the Beaten Path" Alaska tour gave us week one on land where we stayed at great lodges and viewed awesome scenery and wildlife. Week two was spent sailing southbound to all the usual inside passages towns where we did some not so usual side trips. The flora and fauna were beautiful and the breathtakingly blue glacier calving will be a memory forever. Upon reaching Vancouver, we extended our layover and toured the city and neighboring Victoria on Vancouver Island. Next, our Rocky Mountaineer Railroad excursion began. The train experience was extraordinary-both inside our car and out the glass windows. The Canadian towns of Jasper, Lake Louise, and Banff were spectacular. Again, we observed nature at its finest, including a walk on a glacier. It wasn't possible to add another item to our itinerary during the three week vacations. But we came home refreshed knowing that we had viewed some of the most beautiful places on earth! Thank you, and thanks again to you and other staff who helped us book this wonderful trip.
